FIELD ACTIVATION

In order to extend the concept and reinforce the brand awareness campaign, we came up with the idea for an activation in the field. The famous removal boxes would be distributed in MEO shops, but also in removal solutions shops such as Leroy Merlin, with the aim of reaching more Portuguese people and helping them move house.

With more and more MEO customers moving home, it was necessary to speed up the change of service to their new home.
That's why MEO created a totally digital, fast and user-friendly service so that its customers could schedule their MEO move without waiting or paperwork.

Because the truth is that moving involves endless waiting to deal with bureaucracy and activate basic services for home functionality.
