To amplify the concept and boost brand awareness, we launched a creative activation. Iconic moving boxes were distributed not only in MEO stores but also in partner locations like Leroy Merlin, reaching more Portuguese households and supporting them in their moving journey.
With more MEO customers relocating, the need to streamline service transfers became essential. To address this, MEO introduced a fully digital, fast, and user-friendly solution, allowing customers to schedule their service move effortlessly—no waiting, no paperwork.
After all, moving is already filled with delays and red tape, especially when setting up essential home services.
