There are many factors that attract foreigners to Portugal, and the characteristic and unmistakable Portuguese gastronomy is one of them. However, there's a big elephant in the room that nobody wants to talk about.

Petisco is not a snack or a tapa. It's not just a small dish. It was time to show the world petisco and travel with it. It was time to internationalise petisco, detach ourselves from tapa and take on Portugal.

We all know that PETISCO is a difficult word to say for non-Portuguese people, with a confusing meaning for those who don't live it on a daily basis. But the truth is that the best things in life can't be explained, they have to be experienced.
